At Ella Georgia we really try our best to help. If an item you have seen on our website is no longer available, or if you would like to have something specially made just for you, please do get in touch. Since Ella Georgia was founded in 2003, we have forged amazing relationships with many talented jewellers from around the UK, who are always excited to create something truly unique or simply offer their advice.

 

So far this year we've had the pleasure of working with designers such as Linda Macdonald, Helen Shere and Cindy Ashbridge to create bespoke wedding rings, Confirmation necklaces, cufflinks, necklaces for bridesmaids and even a bracelet to celebrate a Diamond Wedding Anniversary! Whether you would like bespoke wedding jewellery, a gift for a special birthday or anniversary, or you just deserve a little treat, let us know what you would like and we'll do our best to recommend the perfect designer for you. We oversee everything from the initial concept and designs to the finished piece and will always be on hand to answer any questions or address any concerns.

 

After discussing your requirements with us and deciding that you would like to go ahead with a Special Order, we will send you a written confirmation, via email, with an estimated date of delivery. We ask that you reply to us via email to confirm your acceptance of the Special Order Terms and Conditions. As soon as we receive your deposit, your order will be processed.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I have a limited budget, will I be able to afford to have something specially made?

A: We're used to working with budgets from £15 to £5000 so please do ask if there's is something you would like. We have a knowledageble team on hand who are happy to discuss the options available to suit your needs.

 

Q: How long does a bespoke piece of jewellery usually take to make?

A: Bespoke designs typically take 2-8 weeks to make, depending on who is making the piece and how complicated your requirements are. For example, if you have seen a silver ring on our website and would like it making in rose gold, it is a straight-forward request and can usually be done quite quickly. If however, your design is more complicated and requires sketches and fittings, it could take longer.

If you need a piece of jewellery making in time for a special occassion, please do ask, as there is always a chance that we can get it done in time! However it is worth noting that over busier periods, such as Christmas, demand is much higher so pieces can take longer to produce.

 

Q: Do I need to pay for the item in full before it has been made?

A: When placing a special order we require a deposit of at least 50%. The balance will be payable prior to dispatch. 

 

Q: What will happen if I don't like the piece when it arrives?

A: We're sure that you will love your bespoke piece of jewellery, however if there is a problem, in most cases it can be exchanged. If you have placed a ‘Special Order’ that is totally unique to you, for example a piece which has been engraved with a personal message or an unusual ring size, these items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless it has a defect or has been damaged in transit). Please discuss any concerns regarding exchanges with us prior to ordering.
